AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) is our flat-rate yearly support subscription. It kicks in from the second year. It covers your domain name renewal, ultra-fast server hosting (via globally distributed edge nodes), security certificate management, database maintenance, and your package's allocated monthly/quarterly update requests (like text edits, new menu items, or updating services).
For our Growth Elite and Market Leader clients based in the Mumbai metropolitan area, we send a professional visual director and photographer to your physical business location (bistro, salon, wellness clinic, or gym). We shoot interior ambiance, product catalog, team bios, and action reels for 1-1.5 hours depending on your tier, edit the assets, and deploy them on your site.
Absolutely. Each package has dedicated support update windows: Starter plan allows 2 support run changes per year, Growth Elite has quarterly runs, and Market Leader has monthly support runs. If you need any text, images, or pricing tags updated, just send us the details on WhatsApp and we will deploy them directly.
No. Our pricing is completely transparent. The setup cost is a one-time fee to design, build, and deploy your site. The AMC is billed once a year starting from your second year. The only external variation is if you demand an exceptionally expensive premium `.com` domain names (e.g. highly contested aftermarket domains), where market cost differences apply.

For web development, yes — we work with any Indian business remotely. The custom photoshoot service is currently Mumbai-only. If you're outside Mumbai, we can substitute the shoot with a professional asset sourcing and editing session using your own photos.
